Shipping & Returns
Our return policy is as follows;
*Because of state laws restricting the resale of personal care goods, we do not accept any returns of personal care (hair or skin) products. The only exception to this law concerns products received that are damaged in transit to you. If your packaged is damaged upon delivery, please call or email us immediately so that we can attend to this matter.
* Returns of jewelry and purses are restricted to those items that arrive in a defective manner. While we have inspected your products and believe they are free of defect, It is your responsibility to inspect all products purchased immediately for workmanship and damage. We will immediately seek to replace the damaged product(s) and get them to you as soon as possible.
*Returns of jewelry and purses for any reason other than they arrive in a defective manner are limited to 7 days from when the products arrive to the address you ask us to ship it. For a prompt refund, please contact us so that we can provide you a return authorization number for your parcel. You will be responsible for the return postage of the products.
